Is your IVR testing process efficient? Not likely. |
The testing of IVR applications today consumes more than one third of the VoiceXML application lifecycle. That is, of course, if everything goes right. Testing scripts, unit test design, and test case creation and maintenance are resource intensive even when they are efficient.
